As chief operating officer, Brian is responsible for leading the firm’s administrative and business operations and serves on the firm’s management committee. He has over 25 years of experience leading teams in complex high-growth environments, and his primary focus is on delivering effective and cost-efficient services to the firm’s clients. Specifically, he leads a team of professionals across multiple disciplines including finance, business development, information technology and security, human resources, facilities and office services, and compliance enabling cross-functional collaboration to realize firm goals.

Earlier in his career, Brian served as the chief operating officer of a service provider in the insurance industry as well as the chief financial officer of a publicly traded multinational manufacturing company. He began his career in public accounting, including time with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant shortly after graduation.
While work is one of his passions, Brian also plays guitar in a band and really enjoys coaching sports and spending time outdoors with his wife and four teenage children.
