As chief operating officer, Brian is responsible for leading the firm’s administrative and business operations and serves on the firm’s management committee. He has over 25 years of experience leading teams in complex high-growth environments, and his primary focus is on delivering effective and cost-efficient services to the firm’s clients. Specifically, he leads a team of professionals across multiple disciplines including finance, business development, information technology and security, human resources, facilities and office services, and compliance enabling cross-functional collaboration to realize firm goals.
