Aaron handles complex business and commercial litigation matters. He has represented clients in disputes involving real estate, intellectual property, employment, business divorces, and other topics. Aaron regularly appears before state and federal courts in numerous states as well as various arbitration panels. He also works with clients to ensure that their organizations’ intellectual property is properly protected. In addition to his practice, Aaron is an adjunct instructor of Business Law at Bunker Hill Community College.

  • Represented estate of deceased philanthropist in dispute with former co-trustees regarding value of decedent’s share of trust.
  • Represented cable sales company before Connecticut Department of Labor.
  • Represented clients in connection with investigations conducted by OSHA and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
  • Negotiated trademark licensing deals for client in the wellness and chiropractic industries.
  • Represented numerous clients in connection with trademark applications before US Patent & Trademark Office.
  • Represented detained pro bono client in immigration bond and asylum proceedings.
