(April 1, 2017, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney shareholder Alan Reiche was named to the Board of Directors for the NH Business Committee for the Arts (NHBCA).
The NHBCA was formed in 1985 to educate, motivate, and recognize business support of and participation in the arts, advocates for the value of the arts in economic, social and community development, and facilitates people and projects that enhance engagement in the arts. It has more than 65 dues paying members and operates a variety of programs and projects to encourage and involve businesses in the arts.
Reische’s practice is focused on transactional matters: business acquisitions and mergers; planning for next-generation internal ownership transfers; and debt and equity financings from institutional and non-institutional sources.
