(7/1/2019, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney attorney Nicole A. Faille has graduated from the New Hampshire Bar Association Leadership Academy. Graduates of the 2019 class will be recognized at the New Hampshire Bar Association Annual Meeting on June 29, 2019.
Faille’s practice focuses on complex Family Law matters, including divorce, post-divorce, parenting, and guardianship litigation and probate litigation matters. Faille has briefed and argued cases before the New Hampshire Circuit Court Family Division, including those on the specialized Family Division Complex Case Docket designed for high value and/or highly contentious matters, and the New Hampshire Circuit Court Probate Division. She has also briefed cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the New Hampshire Superior Court, and the New Hampshire Circuit Court Probate Division’s specialized Trust Docket designed for complex trust cases.
Faille is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is a member of the New Hampshire, Manchester, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. She is also a member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and serves as Clerk of the NHBA Family Law Section. Nicole received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Southern New Hampshire University.
