(Boston, MA, February 17, 2021) – Sheehan Phinney welcomes Jeff Bernarducci to the firm. Bernarducci will work primarily out of the firm’s Boston and Portsmouth offices.
Bernarducci provides strategy, risk management, litigation, and transactional services to clients in the construction, energy, and real estate sectors. His clients include construction managers, EPC contractors, real estate developers, energy developers, investment funds, owner representatives, sureties, engineers, specialty subcontractors, and other stakeholders in the building industry.
Bernarducci received his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he served as the editor-in-chief for the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy, and his B.A. from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Bernarducci has been recognized by Chambers USA for his work in Construction and Best Lawyers in America® for Litigation – Construction.
Active in the legal community, Bernanducci is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Construction Law Committee (past co-chair), the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts, the Construction Financial Management Association, the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry, and the American Bar Association Litigation Section.
