
Noy is an employment litigator and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. He routinely advises and represents clients across various sectors through complex matters and proceedings involving trade secrets, non-competition, predatory hiring, separation agreements, wage and hour violations, executive contracts, discrimination, and more.
Before joining the firm, Noy received the Academic Excellence Award in Employment Law from Vermont Law & Graduate School, awarded for earning top grade in the class. He also served as Managing Editor of the Vermont Law Review and participated in several moot court competitions, including the Annual 72nd National Moot Court Competition. As a legal division intern at the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, Noy worked on complicated securities, healthcare, insurance, captive insurance, compliance, and enforcement matters.
