Nicole joined the firm in 2021 and is a member of the Corporate and Healthcare Practice Groups, working with a variety of shareholders on an array of corporate matters.
Before joining the firm, Nicole served as a term law clerk to the Honorable Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi, Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Nicole graduated from law school in 2019, having worked as a legal resident for Justice Hantz Marconi and for the Honorable Landya B. McCafferty, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. During law school, Nicole also worked as an intern for the ACLU-NH, as a summer associate at a large law firm in Manchester, and as a Teaching Assistant for Civil Procedure and Constitutional Law. Nicole was a research assistant to Professor Sophie M. Sparrow on her article, “Teaching and Assessing Soft Skills,” published in the Journal of Legal Education.
Prior to attending law school, Nicole spent over six years working for a multinational, Fortune 500 company as a business consultant and project manager.
