Practice Focus
Paul joined the firm's Corporate Department in 2009. His practice focuses on corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and business formation and succession planning. Prior to joining the firm, Paul interned with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, Appellate Defense Division. He also worked in the financial industry, specifically in Trust and Wealth Management.
