Michael represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters. Michael has tried cases involving issues of corporate governance, partnership disputes, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, closely held business disputes, corporate mergers and dissolutions, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and a wide variety of contract disputes. Michael practices out of the firm’s Manchester, NH and Boston offices and represents clients in administrative, federal and state court proceedings in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
- Obtained a defendant’s verdict for his client in a personal injury action where a jury found against the two co-defendants, awarding the plaintiff $1.2 million.
- Successfully navigated start-up medical device manufacturer through shareholder dispute.
- Obtained a $1.3 million judgment for a commercial client following a bench trial.

Michael was recognized by his peers as one New Hampshire’s “Rising Stars” in the area of Insurance Law in a 2004 poll conducted by New Hampshire Magazine.
Memberships and Admissions
Michael is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He holds membership in the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the New Hampshire and Manchester Bar Associations and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Community Involvement
Michael serves on the Executive Committee of the Manchester Bar Association and on the Ethics Committee of The Boston Home, a long-term health care facility for physically disabled adults.
