Margaret joined the firm in 1989. Her practice is in the areas of public finance, including representation of institutions, issuers, credit enhancers, investment bankers, and corporate trustees; commercial lending, including representation of both borrowers and lenders; commercial leasing, including representation of both landlords and tenants; real estate; business law and consumer finance.

Margaret is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and Massachusetts Associations.
Community Involvement
Margaret is very active in the local community. She served on the Board of Trustees of Mt. St. Mary’s Academy in Manchester, New Hampshire, from 2001 through 2009 and was elected chair from 2007 through 2009. Margaret also serves on the Board of Directors of Neighbor Works Greater Manchester, a NH not for profit providing affordable housing, and serves on the Project and Audit Committees. She is a past Board member of the Salvation Army in Manchester where she focused on Manchester’s Kids’ Café.
