Practice Focus
Lynn is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department where she focuses her practice in the areas of environmental compliance, regulatory issues and corporate transactional matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Lynn was the Regional Manager for Corporate Health, Safety and Environment at Freudenberg-NOK, GP. In that role she managed environmental and safety compliance for sites throughout the US and Canada and represented the company in environmental and safety regulatory matters, including OSHA, TSCA, Stormwater, RCRA, CERCLA, EPCRA, Groundwater Remediation and Air Pollution Controls and Permitting, with local, state and federal agencies. In addition, Lynn has experience in managing site investigations and remediation and in the performance of due diligence activities related to mergers and acquisitions with specific emphasis on the characterization and evaluation of potential safety and environmental risks.
Lynn also served as an Air Pollution Control Engineer for the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services where she conducted technical reviews and drafted permits for major and minor sources subject to federal and state air pollution control requirements and performed facility compliance reviews.

Lynn is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and before the Federal District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association Environmental & Natural & Resources Law Section, the American Bar Association Environment, Energy & Resources Section, the New Hampshire Bar Association Corporation, Banking & Business Law Section and serves as a New Hampshire DOVE attorney.
