Practice Focus

Lyndsee's practice focuses on serving business clients with an emphasis on immigration and real estate matters. In particular, she handles a variety of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and advises clients on a range of employment-based immigration compliance issues. Additionally, Lyndsee assists business clients with real estate and financing matters, including commercial leasing, real property purchase and sale, acquisition of land and tax credits for affordable housing projects, and zoning and land use. She also provides general business law advice to clients regarding corporate governance and related matters. Before joining Sheehan Phinney, Lyndsee worked on the NH Bar Association Domestic Violence Emergency (DOVE) Project. She also interned with the Honorable Norman H. Stahl of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Honors

In 2010 and 20011 she was selected as a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers in the area of Real Estate. While at UNH School of Law, Lyndsee served as the Chief Articles Editor for the Pierce Law Review.

Memberships and Admissions

Lyndsee is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the U.S. Tax Court. She is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations. She is also a member of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Community Involvement

Lyndsee is a Director of Special Olympics New Hampshire and an interviewer for the St. Paul's School Advanced Studies Program.
