Practice Focus
Lyndsee joined the firm in 2007. Since then, she has assisted clients with matters concerning real estate law, affordable housing tax credits, and employment related immigration. In particular, Lyndsee has assisted in the acquisition of land and tax credits for several affordable housing projects and has worked on various zoning and land use matters. She has also handled a variety employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and has advised clients on a range of employment-based immigration compliance issues.
Before joining Sheehan Phinney, Lyndsee worked on the NH Bar Association DOVE Project. She also interned with the Honorable Norman H. Stahl of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

While at Franklin Pierce, Lyndsee served as the Chief Articles Editor for the Pierce Law Review.
Memberships and Admissions
Lyndsee is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the U.S. Tax Court. She is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations. She is also a member of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association, the Manchester Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Community Involvement
Lyndsee is the regional coordinator for the St. Paul's School Advanced Study Program interviews in the Hillsborough North region, and also serves as an interviewer for the program. She is also a board member for Special Olympics New Hampshire and member of the Manchester Community Council for City Year New Hampshire.
