Practice Focus
Joe is the President and Managing Director of the firm. His practice concentrates on all stages of business representation, from formation to financing and venture capital; to business planning and advising; to sales, acquisitions and mergers. He has a particular concentration in the communications and broadcast industries. Joe has been with the firm since 1988.
- Lead counsel in forming and negotiating the venture capital and senior debt financing of a radio station ownership group and the subsequent acquisition of over 40 radio stations.
- Lead counsel in the representation of shareholders in a $40 million leveraged buyout.
- Serves as general outside counsel to companies having revenues up to $50 million.
- Primary counsel to State of New Hampshire’s economic development authority.

Community Involvement
Joe serves as President of the Bedford Regional Economic Development Corporation, Director of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and as Director and Former President of The Catholic Lawyers Guild of New Hampshire. He is a Director and former President of Child Health Services and a member of the Dartmouth Lawyers Association.
