Practice Focus
Joe is the President and Managing Director of the firm. His practice concentrates on all stages of business representation, from formation to financing and venture capital; to business planning and advising; to sales, acquisitions and mergers. He has a particular concentration in the communications and broadcast industries. Joe has been with the firm since 1988.
- Lead counsel in forming and negotiating the venture capital and senior debt financing of a radio station ownership group and the subsequent acquisition of over 40 radio stations.
- Lead counsel in the representation of shareholders in a $40 million leveraged buyout.
- Serves as general outside counsel to companies having revenues up to $50 million.
- Primary counsel to State of New Hampshire’s community economic development authority.

Joe is a member of the American and New Hampshire Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire.
Community Involvement
Joe serves as Legal Counsel for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. Joe is a Director and former President of Child Health Services. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the VNA Foundation. Joe is a member of the Dartmouth Lawyers Association, as well as a graduate of both Leadership Manchester and Leadership New Hampshire.
