Practice Focus

Jon’s litigation practice focuses primarily in the area of business litigation involving contractual disputes and employment law pertaining to issues under the FMLA, ADA, ADEA, Civil Rights Act, Discrimination, and wage related claims. Jon also acts as labor counsel in unfair labor practice claims, arbitrations, and collective bargaining disputes.

Before joining the firm, Jon worked in the Attorney General’s Office of Massachusetts, as well as the Oregon Department of Justice. His litigation experience spans 8 years and includes pre-trial discovery and appearances in bench trials, jury trials, arbitrations, administrative law appeals, and other forums.
