Practice Focus
Jason works primarily in the fields of commercial and employment litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in state and federal court in a broad range of litigation matters including contract, insurance, landlord-tenant, immunity, tax, collection, and construction law disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and interned in the U.K. House of Commons.

Honors
While at Vermont Law School, Jason was the Head Notes Editor for the Vermont Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board. He was the recipient of the Best Oral Advocate Award and was a Torts Teaching Assistant.
Memberships and Admissions
Jason is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He is a member of the New Hampshire and Manchester Bar Associations.
Community Involvement
Jason is a member of the Board of Directors for New Horizons for New Hampshire as well as the Conservation Commission for the Town of Exeter, NH.
