Jim’s focus is on bankruptcy and workout, creditor-debtor relations and commercial law. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, and commercial and consumer debtors in all facets of insolvency proceedings.
In the litigation area, Jim prosecutes and defends commercial and collection matters.
