Practice Focus
Dave serves as Chairman of the firm's Litigation Department and also serves on the firm's Management Committee. Since joining the firm in 1992, he has built a successful general commercial litigation and employment practice. Dave represents firm clients in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings. He routinely handles trade secret, non-competition, predatory hiring, fiduciary duty and discrimination cases. He also writes and lectures extensively on a variety of employment related topics.

Honors
Dave has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America by Woodward White in the Labor & Employment law section. He was also selected as a "Super Lawyer" in the 2008 edition of New England Super Lawyers, an honor given to less than 5 percent of New England lawyers. In a 2004 poll conducted by New Hampshire Magazine, Dave was recognized by his peers as New Hampshire’s rising star in the area of Labor/ Employment Law.
Memberships and Admissions
Dave is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, before the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, and before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and a member of its Ethics Committee.
Community Involvement
Among his many community activities, Dave serves as an honorary member of the Board of Directors of The Upper Room, a Southern New Hampshire family resource center. He also serves on the Diaconate at his local church.
