Practice Focus

Since joining the firm in 1992, David has built a successful general commercial litigation and employment practice. He represents firm clients in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings. He routinely handles trade secret, non-competition, predatory hiring, fiduciary duty and discrimination cases. He also writes and lectures extensively on a variety of employment related topics. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s four-person management committee.

David was recognized by his peers as New Hampshire’s rising star in the area of Labor/ Employment Law, in a 2004 poll conducted by New Hampshire Magazine.

Memberships and Admissions

Dave is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, before the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, and before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and a member of its Ethics Committee.

Community Involvement

Among his many community activities, Dave serves as an honorary member of the Board of Directors of The Upper Room, a Southern New Hampshire family resource center. He also serves on the Diaconate at his local church.
