Practice Focus
David concentrates his practice on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and private offerings of securities, while counseling clients on day-to-day matters such as corporate governance and commercial contracts. He also represents clients in litigation matters that involve securities law.
Prior to joining Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, David served as enforcement counsel for the New Hampshire Bureau of Securities Regulation, and he has worked as an analyst and portfolio accountant in the investment industry.

David is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Community Involvement
David serves on the Board of Directors of New Horizons for New Hampshire, a homeless shelter, food pantry and soup kitchen located in Manchester. He sits on the Membership Committee of the Manchester Young Professionals Network, and has served on a search committee for the Superintendent of the Manchester School District, as a United Way Community Volunteer, and on a judges panel for the LifeSmarts State Championship for high school students sponsored by the New Hampshire Jump$tart Coalition for financial literacy. While working in state government, David served on the United States Attorney’s Office Identify Theft Task Force.
