Practice Focus
Dan joined the firm in 2008. Since then, his practice has focused primarily on corporate and intellectual property matters. Representative corporate matters include drafting and negotiating commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and corporate formation agreements. Representative intellectual property matters include assisting in aspects of trademark registration, assignment, and infringement litigation, advising clients on copyright infringement issues, recording copyright documentation with the U.S. Copyright Office, and contributing to the drafting of copyright policies for secondary education clients. Additionally, Dan has drafted policies for the firm's secondary education clients in connection with new federal identity theft regulations.

While at Boston University, Dan was a Third Year Editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
Memberships and Admissions
Dan is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
