Practice Focus
Brian represents individuals and businesses in a variety of matters in both state and federal court, with a focus on business, intellectual property, construction, commercial and employment litigation. His work includes trade secret, non-competition and restrictive covenant litigation; contract disputes; mechanic's lien litigation; and wrongful termination litigation.

Honors
Brian is a member of the Leadership Greater Manchester class of 2012. In 2010 and 2011 Brian was selected as a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers in the area of Business Litigation. While at Suffolk Law, Brian was a Note Editor for the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and a member of the Suffolk University Moot Court Honor Board. He was also the recipient of the Best Oral Advocate Award and the Best Appellate Brief Award.
Memberships and Admissions
Brian is a member of both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Manchester Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Brian is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
Community Involvement
Brian was appointed by Governor John Lynch to the New Hampshire State Board for the Licensing and Regulation of Plumbers, a position that involves presiding over administrative hearings, drafting and issuing administrative orders and other administrative functions. Brian is also a founding board member and officer of Manchester Moves, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting healthy, environmentally-responsible lifestyles through the creation of a rail trail system in the greater Manchester area. He also serves on the Finance Committee of New Hampshire Catholic Charities, and the Executive Committee of the Manchester Bar Association.
