Practice Focus
Bobbie’s practice concentrates in land use and family law matters. She also handles litigation of business, insurance and construction disputes and contested estate, probate and privacy matters. She appears in state and federal courts in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.
Prior to joining the firm, Bobbie was a partner with Gottesman & Hollis, PA in Nashua, NH.
- Represented the prevailing landowners in the landmark land use case of Simplex Technologies, Inc. v. Town of Newington 145 NH 727 (2001) setting a new legal standard for zoning appeals and Morgenstern v. Town of Rye, 147 NH 558 (2002) clarifying the standard for the vesting of subdivisions and successive variance application, ultimately recovering damages and attorneys fees for the bad faith denial of vested land use rights.
- Served as co-counsel with David Gottesman, Esq. representing the family of Amy Lynn Boyer who was murdered by a cyberstalker in the case of Remsburg v. Docusearch, Inc., 149 NH 148 (2003) which established privacy standards for internet information brokers.

Honors
While at the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago Kent College of Law Bobbie was recognized as a Lowell Thomas Scholar. In 1999 she received the Nashua YWCA Distinguished Women Leader Award. Bobbie received the NH Trial Lawyers’ 2003 Special Recognition Award and was named Women’s Business Boston Reader’s Choice "Top Ten Lawyers" in 2008.
Memberships and Admissions
Bobbie is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts and is a member of each state’s Bar Association. She is admitted before the United States District Courts of New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts and the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals. Bobbie is a founding director of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association and served on the NH Women’s Bar Association’s Marilla Ricker Awards Committee. Bobbie is a member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, and participates in the NH Bar Pro Bono Referral Program and Domestic Violence Emergency (DOVE) Project. She is also a NH Rule 170 Mediator. She served as a member of the Governor’s Judicial Selection Commission, which reviews candidates for judicial vacancies, from 2005 to 2011.
Community Involvement
Bobbie is a past president and was a fifteen year board member of the Nashua Children’s Home, which serves court-placed children in need. She currently sits on the board for the Josiah Bartlett Center, as the Vice Chair, and the Manchester Community Music School. Bobbie previously served as executive director of the New Hampshire Republican State Committee and was a delegate to the 1988 Republican National Convention.
