(December 22, 2010, Manchester, NH) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA shareholder Kenneth A. Viscarello has been named Vice Chair of the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance, of which he is currently serving his second three year term.
Viscarello has a diverse practice concentrating in affordable housing development utilizing low-income housing tax credits. He also represents a number of contractors and developers in the preparation and negotiation of construction and architect's contracts. Viscarello has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America by Woodward/White since 2007, was listed in Chambers USA and was named a New England Super Lawyer, all in the area of real estate. In 2009 Viscarello was named as one of the "25 Leaders for the Future" by Business NH Magazine. Active in the local community, he is the former two-time Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Special Olympics and a former member of the Special Olympics United States Leadership Counsel.
