Viscarello Named One of NH's "25 Leaders for the Future" |
(January 13, 2009. Manchester, NH.) - The law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA is pleased to announce that Kenneth A. Viscarello, a shareholder of the firm, has been named as one of the "25 Leaders for the Future" by Business NH Magazine in its January, 2009 issue.
Ken has a diverse legal practice concentrating in affordable housing development utilizing low-income housing tax credits. He also represents contractors and developers in preparing and negotiating contracts and works with regional and national commercial lenders in connection with complex lending transactions.
He has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America by Woodward/White for the last several years, recognized as a New England Super Lawyer in the area of real estate and has also been named in Chambers USA as a leading real estate lawyer. Ken received his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. (cum laude) from Boston College School of Law.
Ken is actively involved with the community and was recently elected to Chair the Board of Directors of Special Olympics New Hampshire (SONH). He has also served as Chairman of the New England Council of the Special Olympics and since 2002, has served on the Special Olympics United States Leadership Council. He is past Chairman of the Board of Intown Manchester. Ken currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance.
The "25 Leaders for the Future" winners are people who have demonstrated leadership in the state and are expected to lead New Hampshire in a variety of capacities for the next 25 years. Many of the 25 leaders are New Hampshire natives, have children and share a belief that giving back is a responsibility, not an option. The competition is a twist on the magazine's annual "NH's Most Powerful People" and coincides with their 25th anniversary. The winners will be honored at a reception on Wednesday, February 25, 2009.
