Reidy practices in the areas of labor, employment and employment-based immigration law with an emphasis on assisting employers in effectively avoiding, or defending against, employment disputes. He regularly writes articles and presents seminars on a wide range of employment law topics. He is frequently asked by the media, business groups and human resources associations to comment on breaking news and recent developments in labor and employment law. He is the co-founder and moderator of NHLABORNET, the popular Internet discussion group for human resource professionals in New Hampshire. Reidy is also the creator and serves as the managing editor of Good Company, Sheehan Phinney's quarterly e-newsletter, which features articles on legal developments and best practices in business.

Wieland's practice focuses on employment and labor law representing management exclusively. She joined Sheehan Phinney, of counsel, in 2002 and has represented management in employment and labor law matters for more than twenty years.   She has represented employers before the National Labor Relations Board, the EEOC, the U.S. Department of Labor, OFCCP and numerous states' agencies. She also has worked with employers during union-organizing campaigns, negotiated labor agreements, and represented employers in arbitration cases. A frequent speaker on employment and labor topics for companies and seminar groups throughout the country, Wieland has trained managers and supervisors in all areas of employment law and practice.
