(October 10, 2007. Manchester, NH.) - Two new attorneys have joined the firm of Sheehan Phinney. Jon Liland and Lyndsee Paskalis joined the firm's Manchester, Boston, and Hanover offices.
Jon S. Liland has joined the firm's Corporate Department and will be working with a wide range of businesses, institutions and investors in connection with mergers and acquisitions; public and private placement of securities; corporate governance matters; business entity selection, formation, and structuring issues; and complex licensing and contractual negotiations. Jon will be working out of the firm's Hanover office.
Lyndsee D. Paskalis will be focusing primarily on matters concerning real estate law and affordable housing. Before joining Sheehan Phinney, Lyndsee worked on the NH Bar Association DOVE Project. She also interned with the Honorable Norman H. Stahl of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Lyndsee will be working out of the firm's Manchester office.
