Nicole M. Barsamian has joined the firm's Boston office where her practice focuses on general litigation, with particular emphasis on the areas of labor and employment, construction and intellectual property. Nicole's prior experience also includes representation of individuals and businesses in a wide range of corporate and real estate transactions, as well as zoning, planning and land use matters. Before joining Sheehan Phinney, Nicole worked at the New Hampshire law firm of Wiggin & Nourie.
Jessica A. Lamb has joined the firm's corporate department where her focus is primarily on tax law. Prior to joining Sheehan Phinney, Jessica interned with Commissioner Frank J. Scharaffa at the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board and participated in the Boston Bar Association Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. She is located in the firm's Manchester office.
Daniel K. Fink has also joined the firm's corporate department and is located in the firm's Manchester office. His practice emphasis is in the corporate formation area as well as transactional matters involving real estate and intellectual property.
