Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA, in conjunction with the Human Resource Association of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, will co-sponsor the upcoming program, Resolving Performance Challenges. The program is designed to assist managers, supervisors, and team leaders in better understanding how to resolve performance challenges and enhance their management skills.
Topics of discussion will include: evaluating a performance problem, conducting a corrective discussion, determining appropriate disciplinary action, using progressive discipline for declining performance, and documenting employee performance.
Program moderator, Laura Wante, Vice President for Human Resources for the Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union, has over sixteen years of professional human resources experience and has been a member of the Merrimack Valley Human Resource Association Steering Committee for seven years.
