Kristin H. Sheppe is a member of the firm's Litigation Department where she focuses her practice in commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm she was an intern with both the Charlottesville Commonwealth's Attorney's Office and the Honorable Susan Collins, U.S. Senate. Kristin received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and is pending in Massachusetts.
Paul S. Reuland has joined the firm's Corporate Department where his practice focuses on corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and business formation and succession planning. Prior to joining the firm, Paul interned with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, Appellate Defense Division. Before law school he worked in the Trust and Wealth Management division of a national investment bank. Paul received his B.S. from Cornell University and his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
