Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green attorneys Joseph DiBrigida and John Bentas represented Vox Communications Group, LLC, in the purchase of radio station clusters in Western Massachusetts for an aggregate purchase price of $9 million. The deal included stations WUPE-FM, WUHN-AM and WBEC-AM, located in Pittsfield and WMNB-FM, WSBS-AM and WNAW-AM, located in North Adams.
The Sheehan Phinney team also assisted Vox Communications in obtaining financing through a combination of subordinated convertible debt and senior secured financing to fund the acquisition.
