Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green attorneys Joseph DiBrigida and John Bentas recently formed the legal team representing Force 5 Communications, LLC in the successful purchase of radio stations WSIG (FM) and WBOP (FM), both in the state of Virginia, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $3.1 million. The Sheehan Phinney team also assisted Force 5 Communications in obtaining financing to fund the acquisition.
