| (June 28, 2005. Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green attorneys Joseph DiBrigida and John Bentas facilitated the purchase and sale of radio station WTPL-FM in Concord, NH, from Vox Radio Group, LP, to Great Eastern Radio, LLC, for an aggregate purchase price of $1.5 million.
The Sheehan Phinney team also assisted Great Eastern in obtaining financing to fund the acquisition.
