Lamb assisted Amoskeag Beverages, Inc in the recent joint venture with Capitol Distributors, Inc, merging two of the largest distributors of beer and soft drinks in New Hampshire. The new company, Amoskeag Beverages LLC operates the distributorships from the Capitol Distributors warehouses on Hall Road in Bow, NH. Amoskeag Beverages and HOBO NH LLC, an affiliate of one of the largest national beverage distributors, are overseeing the joint venture as co-managers.
The transaction combines major territories for Miller and Coors, along with a number of specialty breweries. The joint venture is the sole distributor in the New Hampshire territory of Red Bull, one of the most popular energy drinks on the U.S. market. The joint venture represents a major step forward in streamlining beverage distribution in New Hampshire by coordinating resources and facilities to create greater economies of scale.
