Leadership Greater Manchester, a program facilitated by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, strives to cultivate leadership resources within the greater Manchester community by giving potential leaders a well-rounded, in-depth look at issues facing the region and the opportunities that exist to guide us into the future on solid ground. Members participate in a nine month program of direct exposure, interaction and activities in various aspects of the community, with the goal of building a consensus among participants and fostering personal and professional relationships.
Thomas represents individuals and businesses in a variety of matters in both state and federal court, with a focus on business, intellectual property, construction, commercial and employment litigation. His work includes trade secret, non-competition and restrictive covenant litigation; contract disputes; mechanic's lien litigation; and wrongful termination litigation. In 2010 Thomas was selected as a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers in the area of Business Litigation. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, (Phi Beta Kappa) from Boston College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
