Since joining the firm in 1980, Cowan has built an active business litigation practice with substantial experience and emphasis representing contractors, owners, and others in construction disputes and employers and employees in trade secret, non-competition and confidentiality cases.
His practice also focuses on commercial disputes and litigation. He chairs the firm's Litigation Department and serves on the Management Committee. Peter is a member of the International Association of Defense Council.
