(January 1, 2008. Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Attorney Paul Durham has been selected as the January, 2008 expert for the Amoskeag Business Incubator (ABI) monthly "Ask the Expert" Series.
Durham will be offering advice on the formation of limited liability companies and the need for operating agreements. His series will be on the ABI website, www.abi-nh.com, the entire month of January.

Durham joined Sheehan Phinney in January of 2007, and assists companies with varied corporate matters including entertainment and media law. He has taught undergraduate and MBA-level law and business courses at Southern New Hampshire University and Daniel Webster College since 2004. Durham also served as Senior Counsel at Playboy TV International, LLC, where he managed international legal affairs for the pay television company and assisted executives in launching branded television networks around the world. He also served as an associate at the Miami law firm of Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price and Axelrod LLP.
