(September 10, 2007. Manchester, NH.) - Attorney David Allen of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green has been named to the Superintendent Search Committee for the Manchester School District.
Allen, along with other committee members, will work to define the skills and qualities needed for Manchester's next superintendent, as well as interview candidates for the position. The committee will recommend up to three finalists to the Manchester School Board.
Allen assists companies of all sizes with various matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. He also advises nonprofits, including educational institutions, on matters involving corporate law.
