Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Attorney Bruce Harwood was recognized as best in NH in the area of Corporate/Commercial Bankruptcy law by Chambers USA, the world's leading organization for rankings of American attorneys and law firms. Since 1981, Bruce has practiced almost exclusively in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency. He restructures debt and reorganizes businesses inside and outside of formal bankruptcy proceedings. In bankruptcy cases, he represents business debtors (both individuals and entities); purchasers of assets in transactions with debtors, secured and unsecured creditors; official creditors' committees; and trustees in bankruptcy (as both general and special counsel). He also mediates disputes arising in connection with debtor-creditor relations. Outside of bankruptcy cases, he represents debtors and creditors in the disposition of assets and collateral, including secured party sales, and represents purchasers of assets from debtors and their secured creditors.
