Cheney has been a member of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green since 1992. Prior to that, he served in the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office. During his tenure there, Bob worked in the Attorney General's Environmental Bureau and served as its chief from 1984 to 1988. Since coming to Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, his practice has focused on regulatory matters, primarily relating to environmental, governmental affairs, international and HIPAA regulation and compliance.
Cheney received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and completed his law studies at the University of San Diego School of Law.
