Sheehan Attorneys Assist in $3.5 Million Purchase of Florida Radio Stations |
| (March 2, 2005. Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green attorneys Joseph DiBrigida and John Bentas formed the legal team representing LSM Radio Partners, LLC in the successful purchase of radio stations WWUS-FM and WCNK-FM, both in the State of Florida, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $3.5 million. The SPB+G team also assisted LSM in obtaining financing from a New York investment firm to fund the acquisition. LSM is a radio broadcasting company with radio stations located throughout the southeastern United States. DiBrigida and Bentas are both members of the firm's Corporate Group with extensive experience in: communications and broadcasting; business formation and planning; business sales, mergers and acquisitions; real estate transactions; and contract negotiations. |
