Recalde, a director of the regional law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA, was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the South Shore Women's Business Network (SSWBN) of Massachusetts. Formed in 1991, the organization has grown to include more than 350 members. A premier networking organization on the South Shore, the SSWBN provides forums and events where professionals in business can network and discuss common needs and opportunities.
Attorney Recalde focuses her legal practice on Internet and e-commerce law, as well as on intellectual property, unfair competition and complex business litigation. She also provides general corporate representation to emerging companies.
Attorney Recalde has been an active member and supporter of the SSWBN for several years. She has also been active in a number of other community organizations, including YMCA of Greater Boston, where she has volunteered as a tutor/mentor in its Education & Training Program, and as a panelist in Bar-sponsored programs. Attorney Recalde is a current member of the Advisory Board of the Boston Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, ALPHA.
