| (December 6, 2005. Manchester, NH.) - Douglas G. Verge, a shareholder in the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, made a presentation to students, faculty and staff at the New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, NH on December 5.
Attorney Verge's presentation, "Legal and Technical Aspects of the World Wide Web and E-Commerce," covered rules and regulations for using the Internet as a marketing and business tool, as well as common pitfalls and how to avoid them. A similar presentation was made by Verge in October at the New Hampshire Travel Council Annual Fall Conference.
Attorney Verge is the Chair of Sheehan Phinney's Intellectual Property and Technology practice group.
