(December 14, 2005. Manchester, NH.) - Attorney Bradford E. Cook, a senior Partner in the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, was recently appointed to the State Ballot Law Commission the by Speaker of the House, W. Douglas Scamman, Jr. Attorney Cook will begin his term upon being sworn in.
The State Ballot Law Commission is the body of government that decides election disputes on the state level. Cook formerly served on the Commission for several years in the late 1980's after being appointed by Governor John Sununu.
Cook heads the firm's Estate Planning and Probate and Government Relations Practice Groups. His practice also encompasses the law of not-for-profit educational, charitable and religious organizations. He is the immediate past president of the firm and has practiced with Sheehan Phinney since 1973.
