David is an associate in Sheehan Phinney's Corporate Department where he assists companies of all sizes with matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts and securities regulation. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
