(September 5, 2007. Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green attorney Ted Cain has again been included in The Best Lawyers in America by Woodward/White, a national research firm. Cain is one of 22 SPB+G attorneys to be honored this year and was named to the list for his work in trusts and estates law.
Cain has been a member of the Estate Planning and Probate Group since joining Sheehan Phinney in 1988. His estate practice deals with planning, trust administration and taxation issues. Prior to joining Sheehan Phinney, he practiced in the Estate Planning Department at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago for eight years.
Cain earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina, his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law.
Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey and because lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor. Corporate Counsel magazine has called Best Lawyers "the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.".
