| (September 5, 2007. Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green attorney Ken Viscarello has again been included in The Best Lawyers in America by Woodward/White, a national research firm. Viscarello is one of 22 SPB+G attorneys to be honored this year and was named to the list for his work in real estate law.
Viscarello is the chairman of the firm's Corporate Department. He has a diverse practice concentrating in affordable housing development utilizing low-income housing tax credits. He also represents a number of contractors and developers in the preparation and negotiation of construction and architect's contracts. In addition, he represents regional and national commercial lenders in connection with complex lending transactions. He has practiced with Sheehan Phinney since 1986. He earned his A.B. from Boston College and his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College School of Law.
