(October 6, 2011, Manchester, NH) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA attorney James P. Reidy recently presented legal workshops at CareNet's National Conference on September 27th to 30th, 2011 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Orlando, Florida.
Reidy, Chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Group, was the presenter at two legal workshops: Proper Hiring and Screening Practices (employees and volunteers), and Wage and Hour Compliance Strategies. He was also a member of a Legal Panel for CareNet Directors and Board members. Reidy's practice focuses on the management side of employment law with an emphasis on assisting employers in effectively avoiding, or defending against, employment disputes.
