Probish practices in the areas of public finance, including representation of institutions, issuers, credit enhancers, investment bankers, and corporate trustees; commercial lending, including representation of both borrowers and lenders; commercial leasing, including representation of both landlords and tenants; real estate; business law and consumer finance. Active in the local community, Probish served on the Board of Trustees of Mt. St. Mary's Academy in Manchester, New Hampshire, from 2001 through 2009 and was elected chair from 2007 through 2009. She is a past Board member of the Salvation Army in Manchester where she focused on Manchester's Kids' Café. Probish is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations and of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA).
