Lambert, a director in the regional business law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, PA recently spoke at the Inaugural Litigation Management Symposium hosted by Markel American Insurance Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Markel invited eight of its premier outside attorneys from around the country to speak at this two-day symposium. Mr. Lambert's presentation dealt with the issue of stacking coverage, as well as a recent jury trial in which he obtained a defendant's verdict for Markel's insured.
For over 30 years Markel American has focused on specialty personal and commercial products, with niche markets that include motorcycle, specialty personal and commercial marine and property.
Lambert's litigation practice includes complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense and product liability defense. He represents clients in administrative, federal and state court proceedings in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
He is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the New Hampshire and Manchester Bar Associations and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Manchester Bar Association and on the Ethics Committee of The Boston Home, a long-term health care facility for physically disabled adults.
He completed his B.A., at the College of the Holy Cross and went on to receive his J.D., cum laude, from the New England School of Law.
