(March 31, 2005. Manchester, NH.) - Kenneth Viscarello, a partner in the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA, has recently joined the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance Board of Directors.
Founded in 1985, the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance is dedicated to preserving and protecting landscapes, historic structures, communities, and the positive values that make up New Hampshire. With a primary goal to instill preservation and provide a continuum to the heritage and future generations of New Hampshire, the society frequently holds workshops and demonstrations and offers educational information.
Attorney Viscarello practices in the firm's Real Estate and Commercial Lending Group. He represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of corporate matters. His diverse practice areas concentrate on affordable housing development utilizing low-income housing tax credits, representing regional and national commercial lenders in connection with complex commercial lending transactions, construction law and the representation of contractors, developers and architects in the negotiation of contracts and general corporate representation.
He formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Intown Manchester Management from 2001 to 2003 and Chairman of the Board of Special Olympics New Hampshire. He received his J.D. degree from Boston College and his B.A. from Boston College.
